I’m Kalle Jokinen, a business coach (ICF) and the founder of JOKA Coaching. I help founders, teams, leaders, investors, international professionals, and organizations create more clarity, strengthen collaboration, and move forward with greater confidence.

My background combines coaching, facilitation, leadership, and community-building. Before entrepreneurship, I spent nearly 20 years running a NGO with people, teams, and change in demanding real-world environments. That experience shaped the way I work today: practical, human, and focused on what actually helps people move forward.
